SUPPORTER SPOTLIGHT: MEET LEAH

Leah is a student at Andover High School in Massachusetts. As an avid cyclist, Leah put her passion to the test and rode across the United States for six weeks during the summer to raise funds for Girl Up. Her journey, which raised $5,756 for Girl Up, started in South Carolina and ended on the beach in San Diego. Did we mention she's only 16 years old? Incredible!

WHY FUNDRAISE FOR GIRLS

In many parts of the world, girls are at a disadvantage—just because many are forced to drop out of school, get married at a young age, and are at a higher risk for contracting diseases like HIV/AIDS. But we can change that.

Invest in a girl to give her the tools to empower herself and her community. We’ve already affected the lives of more than 20,000 adolescent girls in developing countries. Unlock the potential of girls everywhere. Join us.
